Conditions
Your reservation is final after receipt of your initial payment (1/3 of the full price). In accordance with law, the initial payment will not be refunded. However, the payment can be used for a stay at another time on the basis of availability for 12 months from date. In case of an early departure, all accommodation expenses will be charged. The remainder of the rent must be paid for upon arrival. Irrespective of the duration of your stay a deposit is asked of 152 EUR. It will be refunded with a deduction for any damage after stock has been taken. Cost of cleaning: a minimum of 38 Euro upon departure unless the gîte is left in a clean state. Rent is from Saturday 4am to Saturday 10am. Accommodation is for a maximum of 4 persons, children included.
